Face your fears
For years I would flaunt my phobia by proclaiming my hatred for the dentist. In retrospect I realize that I really did not hate dentists, but without shame I can tesitfy that I do hate going to the dentist office.
It was as if I spent the majority of my childhood in a dentist’s chair.
After a unnumerable amount of fillings, four extractions, three years of braces and two years of retainers I swore to myself that once I reached adulthood I would never step into a dentists office as long as I lived. SO HELP ME GOD!
Well my wife was not exactly having that. I can’t blame her, she was just looking out for herself. No one wants to be married to a snaggled tooth in their old age.

So yesterday I had my last of two cavitites filled. I guess if I’m going to have someone drill wholes in my teeth I could not choose a nicer dentist than Dr. Adriane Grahm-Lacy, a UCLA graduate. (Do your thang girl)
She usually works with children….so i’m sure I fit the profile of most of her usual patients.
Now she’s suggesting I go back and get my wisdom teeth removed.
Yeah right!
I like your style Dr. A., but not that much.
What are you afraid of?
