Hi,
First of all I’m so proud of you for reaching out for help. There are adults twice your age who refuse to admit they need help. I want to give you a few things to think about that may help with your anger.
1. Your anger is normal. Especially for your age. At 13 you are facing alot of new challenges.
2. Tell someone you love and trust about your desire to change. Expressing your vulnerability puts you in a open place for change and it keeps you accountable.
3. Ask your parents to find you a good therapist in your area. Somewhere you can share your feelings without being judged. Your school counselor, city human services department or try
