Angels in the Outfield? Baseball’s need for anger managment

Jose Offerman a formal two-timed all-star was arrested for second-degree battery after wielding a baseball bat at an opposing pitcher and catcher. Jose charged the mound after being hit by a fast pitch. The pitcher received a broken finger while the catcher was hospitalized with a concussion.
This attack is one of series of aggressive attacks occurring inside baseball and other major sports leagues. NFL’s Roger Goodell has instituted a no-nonsense discipline policy as well as requiring players to participate in conduct improvement classes, such as anger management.
